Description:
The front panel is red with the title in gold letters with a black line around them. There is an embossed head of a woman with Victorian deco around the word Rochester. The back panel has How to serve underlined with a double black line. The types of foods included in the leaflet are listed. All the lettering is gold. All the text inside is in red lettering. The title page has title above a sketch of a white child looking at a book wearing what looking like a chef's hat. Price, Twenty-five cents is underneath her and the company name and address below that. There are line drawings of dishes and people. There is an index. The last page has a picture of a black child identical to the white child on the title page.
