The pages cover information on cafe ranges; ventilating wall canopy; sausage griddle; cake griddle; toaster; combination waffle, griddle, broiler and toaster; waffle baker; griddle broiler and toaster; restaurant cookers; blueprints for the dimensions of the restaurant cookers; table stoves, and laundry stove. There are line drawings for the products and the blueprints are in traditional blue with white lettering.
