The back panel is divided into three panels. The middle one is white and blank; leaving a space for a distributors names. The upper panel is a yellow background with Perfection-made Superflex Heat-Director with a picture of the Model 1035 and a bit of information about it. The bottom yellow panel has the trademark in red in the upper center with the name and address of the company below and a list of what they manufacture. In the bottom left corner is Booklet A-139. There are black and white photos of the products and line drawings of many of them. There are some handwritten prices in the leaflet.
