The title is in red letters with black outline, in plain black, outline letters, and letters with horizontal striping in them. The back panel has the same spine and background. There is the company guarantee in a white box with ornate black trim. The Good Housekeeping Institute seal of approval is below that. There is a note that the products are not sold in stores. The company address is below that. The front end page has the Kitchen Craft trade mark followed by the statement of quality and the address below. The back end page has H own to care for the Waterless Cooker and a square for the Authorized Representative to add their information. The author names appear on page 9. All pages inside have a banner with either The waterless cooker recipes or Kitchen Craft makes good food better. Page 2 has a black and white line drawing of the Kitchen Craft Co. Page 3 discusses Modern health cooking. Page 8 has A sensible view on diet, Importance of cooking, and Your task made easy. There are line drawings in black and in color. Pages 10 -11 have Complete meals. Page 30 has suggested food combinations and page 31 has meatless combinations. Page 35 has a Food value chart and What the food materials do for the body.
