Kerr Home Canning Book And How To Freeze Foods 
The front panel has a green background with a white border at the top with the title. Kerr is in red lettering. In the upper right corner of the green is price 25¢. On the left side are ceramic statues of a farmer and his wife with an empty Mason jar in front of them. To their right is a tipped basket of produce spilling out and then canned jars of peaches and of peas. The subtitle is in the bottom right corner. The back panel is divided into an upper white half and lower green half. On the right there is a basket of vegetables with an empty Mason jar, lid and seal in front of it. To the left are tomatoes, peas, and an ear of corn in front of two jars of canned product. The two panels are no longer attached. The front end page has a typed signed letter from Ruth Kerr dedicated to homemakers everywhere. Her picture is to the left of the letter. The company name and address are below that. Page one has a blue background with a scrolled with Exodus 23:16 written on it and jars of canned produce around it. There are black and white line drawings and photos on the canning processes. There are color photos on the canned produce as well as photos of the canned product being used. Pages 48-54 have Answers to your canning questions. Page 56 and the back end page have an advertisement for Kerr products. There is a typed recipe from Mrs. Pressley's Ball canning book dated 9-6-77 stapled in the front.
