Page 3 has Approximate yields (a table from the USDA Bulletin AIS-64), Storage of canned foods, Definitions of canning terms, and Opening Kerr jars. There are line drawings and photos, both in black and white. Each of the 10 lessons is followed by some questions related to the lesson. The answers are not provided in a separate location.
