There are black and white line drawings and photos on the canning processes. There are color photos of the canned produce or the produce being used or laid out in a table setting. Page 46-53 has Answers to your canning questions. Page 56 and the back end page have an advertisement for Kerr products. There is an insert titled Instructions for hot and cold pack canning.
