The back panel has a basket of strawberries in the upper left wrapping around from the front. The two jars of different sizes are empty. There is a box of lids to the left of the jars and a seal and lid below the jars. The front cover has price 10¢. There is an article The how and why of canning by Zella Hale Weyant, Director, Research and Educational Dept., Sand Springs, OK on pages 2-3. Pages 45 - 52 have Answers to canning questions. There are colored photos of place settings, produce, a baby eating bread with preserves on it, and canned produce. The back end page has line drawings of three plants with text on why Kerr products are the best and how to contact the company if you have a problem. Page 56 has a color advertisement for the products.
