There is a treasure chest spilling lids into a blue square with jars on the bottom left in an arc to the right on to the black background. In the blue square it says A treasure chest of protection Kerr jars caps and lids. The A is red and the rest of the words are black. They are all surrounded by a white border. Below those words are Seal in the peak of flavor in an arc around a mountain. In the bottom left corner it says Bulletin No. 1036. Pages 8, 9, 12-14 have advertisements for jars at the bottom of the page. Pages 10 - 11 discuss the perfect seal and positive proof of a seal. The back end page lists other booklets available.
