Description:
The front cover is blue with silver decoration down left side. The back cover is blue with a vertical line of silver decoration with company name inside. The Books has a Wire-O-Binding. The front end page had a notice that due to Government Conservation Order M-9-C and General Limitation Order L-23, the company is now using enameled steel reservoirs and painting nickel-plated areas black. The title page includes the following: Home Comfort cook book dedicated to the greatest of American institutions THE AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE by the Wrought Iron Range Co. of St. Louis, Builders of Home Comfort Ranges since 1864.
