Jell-O Book Of Menus


The front cover features a large illustration of two Colonial-era couples being served a red JELL-O molded dessert by a black servant. The title "JELL-O Book Of Menus" is written in red and black lettering below the illustration. The back cover illustrates a red mold of JELL-O in what looks like a port hole with a candle on either side. The word "JELL-O" is written on a brown ribbon just below the image. The company address is stated at the bottom. The front end page is made up of handwritten recipes. The inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that utilize a flavor of JELL-O in them. All recipes are split into different categories such as Buffet Luncheon, Hurry Up Luncheon, and Tray Service. Pages twenty-two and twenty-three entail menus with recipes written in italics that can be found in his pamphlet. Page twenty-four is titled "Jell-O Rules" and contains numerous informational paragraphs about Jell-0.
