The pamphlet is a brown and white die-cut loaf of bread. The cost of bread was 5 to 10 cents per loaf. The back shows three photographs of the "Modern Bakeries," which make Cream Bread, Fancifrench Bread, Luckiloaf, and Subway Loaf. No page numbers.
