The front end page has the history of the company. There are testimonials from cooking experts. Recipes include meats, poultry, sauces, left-over dishes, combination dishes, soups, fish, vegetables, cheese and egg dishes, sandwiches and appetizers, and delicious emergency dishes. The center fold is a Gulden Salad Chart which has three basic dressings and variations. The back end page has The Proper Way to Keep Gulden's Mustard with Charles Gulden's signature.
