The front features the JELL-O Girl wearing a red and white dress writing a letter with pen and ink at a desk. The title "New Talks About JELL-O America's Most Famous Dessert" is written in black and red lettering below the illustration. In the top right hand corner, there is a blue stamp that states the phrase "2 Packages 25 cents. Price Changed since this book was printed." The back cover illustrates a JELL-O bag "This is the JELL-O Safety Bag." Below is a box of Raspberry JELL-O with the phrase "This is the JELL-O Package Complete" written above it in black lettering. The inside pages contain recipes for various dishes that utilize JELL-O in them. Some of the recipes listed are Peach Whip, Snow Pudding, JELL-O Fruit Salads, Berry Frappe, and Grapefruit Salad. There are drawn colored illustrations located throughout the inside pages of various prepared dishes. There is an insert towards the back that is titled "Ice Cream And Ices Are Made Of JELL-O Ice Cream Powder" and continues with directions on how to make Ice Cream, illustrations of JELL-O desserts, and recipes for six JELL-O desserts written in blue lettering. The back end page entails seven different salad recipes that utilize JELL-O in them.
