The front cover has an illustration of Rose O'Neil's JELL-O Girl curtseying in a pink dress. The title "The Jell-O Girl Gives A Party" is written in red and black lettering in the lower left hand corner. The back cover features an illustration of the JELL-O Girl sitting on an open box of Raspberry JELL-O. The phrase "No Matter Where You Live You Get This Perfect Package of JELL-O At All Times of the Year" is written in black and red lettering above the illustration. The front end page is made up of a letter from the JELL-O Girl. The inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that go along with "The Story" about Mes. JELL-O and the JELL-O girl's party. All recipes include directions on how to prepare the dish plus an illustration depicting the prepared dish. Rose O'Neil drawings are featured throughout the pamphlet. Includes a 4 page insert for JELL-O Ice Cream Powder illustrated by Holden Weld. Machine punched hole in the top left hand corner of the pamphlet.
