The front cover features Rose O'Neil's JELL-O Girl opening a door. Behind her is a set table with a cake and candles. There is a letter from the JELL-O Girl on the front end page. Rose O'Neil drawings are featured throughout the pamphlet. Includes a 4 page insert for JELL-O Ice Cream Powder illustrated by Holden Weld. Machine punched hole in the top left of the pamphlet. The back illustration is the JELL-O Girl waving her handkerchief "Goodbye" and an open box of JELL-O. "No Matter Where You Live You Get This Perfect Package of JELL-O At All Times of the Year." 16 pages plus 4 page insert.
