Orange stock with black ink. The back has a calendar for 1913. "Sold by James H. Bryan, Charlotte, Mich., Pure Drugs, Medicines, Perfumery, Toilet and Fancy Articles, Choice Wines, Liquors, etc. for Medicinal Use and all Druggists' Sundries." Receipt index and price list are on the front end page.
