The front cover features a young girl with a napkin at her neck. Two sherbets of vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and cherry are in front of her. Flowers and vanilla wafers are on either side of the sherbet glasses. The back cover states, in red, "JELL-O Ice Cream Powder Makes Delicious Puddings. 10 cents A Package. Do not mistake JELL-O Ice Cream Powder for JELL-O." The back includes two illustrations of Orange Pudding and Neapolitan Ice Cream. Insert for "JELL-O, America's Most Famous Desert. 10 cents a Package at all Grocers." Orange JELL-O on a gold rimmed plate is illustrated on the front cover of insert. On the back of the insert "America's Most Famous Dessert. JELL-0 Pure Fruit Flavors." Back illustration is a Roman Sponge made from Cherry JELL-O and Raspberry JELL-O. Insert is a single folded sheet, 4 1/4" x 6". 10 page pamphlet.
