The front cover is a formal portrait of Rose O'Neil's "The JELL-O Girl" in a large white circle with a blue background. The inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that utilize different flavors of JELL-O in them. All recipe names are written in red lettering and are followed by a list of the ingredients needed plus directions on how to prepare the dish written in blue lettering. At the centerfold, there are drawn colored illustrations of various prepared dishes. No page numbers.
