Third Edition. The front cover has an illustration of a woman in a lavender dress with white collar and cuffs holding a plate of peach gelatin. Behind her are mustard colored draperies, a casement window, and a carved dining chair. Three different servings of peach desserts are in front of her. The front cover reads, "The Del Monte Fruits Book Containing the Favorite Fruits Recipes of America's Best Known Cooking Authorities." The back reads, "To make appetites glad every day in the year." The title is on a mustard colored sign. Four desserts are within a circle above the sign and a Del Monte can is at the bottom. 32 pages.
