Access to Dave Leip’s Atlas of U.S. Presidential Election data files is limited to current MSU affiliates only and requires login with your MSU netID and password.

By accessing the files below, users agree to the license terms (pdf).

Data

For each year, there are three data files:

Governor election data, which contains detailed election data including candidates.
State election data, which contains election returns by party at state level.
County election data, which contains election returns by party at county level (FIPS code).
