"Phoebus III" 57 p. -- Summary: On the prison asteroid Phoebus III, where all the inhabitants are women, prisoners are required to be barefoot and on tiptoes at all times. A strong telepathic field makes it possible to read and punish the thoughts of the prisoners as well. Routine torture is going forward when The Blonde arrives in a new shipment of prisoners. Back at the Zamazoo Clinic, the Popess has gotten the wrong dosage in her search for immortality, and has been regressed to an infant. She is still able to operate in software and is contacted by Matilda, her former secretary. Matilda has become telepathic, and before The Blonde was shipped to prison Matilda learned that The Blonde has memorized the anti-aging formula. Matilda offers to go to Phoebus III and get the formula, and the Popess agrees. The Popess also assigns Dr. Milly, head of the clinic, to go to Phoebus III capture The Blonde. Milly will impersonate a military officer, and Matilda will impersonate a prisoner. The Blonde is locked up as prisoner 313, and begins having nightmares supplied by the guards in order to reform her. The program "Routine Discipline and Work Ethics," for example has The Blonde giving pedicures to ungrateful customers. Even in dreams The Blonde manages to tie up most of the people she meets. She also starts to forget where she is and why she's in prison. Milly and Matilda arrive and start looking for The Blonde, and find her in a dream musical about a beauty parlor. Unfortunately it seems the treatment has also made The Blonde forget the formula. Her personality is so nearly gone that she even notices her mask and wonders what it is. Milly finds The Blonde first, and when Matilda gets to Cell 313 Milly ties both of them up. As Milly and The Blonde leave for Earth, The Blonde is thinking about becoming a social worker.
