Cookery Collection - International
The presence of the Hotel and Restaurant School on MSU's campus
and the expanding food tastes of Americans in general has
prompted a good deal of interest in the fine collection of
international cookery. While it is the intent to provide
cookbooks and recipes from all over the world in both native and
English language, the collection's greatest strength in sheer
numbers are the cuisines of Western Europe. Of late, however,
many cookbooks have been representing Asian, Latin American, and
African Cookery.
