The African Activist Archive Project

Michigan State University Libraries is proud to be involved with the African Activist Archive Project, a project of the MSU African Studies Center and MSU Libraries, that is working to preserve the record of activities of U.S. organizations and individuals that supported African struggles for freedom and had significant collective impact on U.S. policy during the period 1960-1994. MSU Library Special Collections, a repository of excellence, will be the place of deposit. A Project team consisting of MSU African Studies Center Director Professor David Wiley, Project Director Richard Knight, and MSU Africana Bibliographer Dr. Peter Limb will together decide the appropriateness of proposed donations.
