Columbia House Club Musica Latina/REFORMA Musica Para Todos Collection
The Michigan State University Libraries is a recipient of the Second Annual Musica Para Todos music collection of hardware and CD's sponsored by Columbia House Club Musica Latina and the National REFORMA organization (a Spanish speaking librarians association.) The collection, a part of the Cesar E. Chavez Coleccion, includes 125 titles of Latino music including Tex-Mex, salsa, merengue, tropical, pop and mariachi. It is housed in the Audio/Visual Library, which is on the 4th floor west in the Main Library. (Please request headphones at the desk.)
In addition to the Musica Para Todos Collection, the Libraries own several other Latino CD titles. Search results for these titles will show a Library of Congress call number under "CD Number." These CD's are also housed in the Audio/Visual Library and may be requested from the desk.
