Wireless Access
Wireless access to the University Network and the Engineering building network is available in the Engineering Library. Patrons wishing to use the networked resources of the College of Engineering must log on with a valid Engineering account. Users wishing to use the University network must first register their laptop with Division of Engineering Computing Services (DECS) at dhcp.egr.msu.edu
Laptops
- Laptops circulate for 4 hours with no overnight checkout.
- Laptops must be used in the Engineering Library.
- Laptops are only available to users with valid Engineering accounts.
- Overdue laptops accrue fines of $6 per hour, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Wireless Access Cards
- Wireless access cards circulate to MSU students, faculty, and staff for 4 hours, with no overnight checkout.
- Wireless access cards may be taken out of the library.
- Overdue wireless access cards accrue fines of $6 per hour, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
