| Abstract: | "'Tift 94' bermudagrass [Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers. x C. transvaalensis Burtt-Davy] (Reg. no. CV-29, PI 595365) was cooperatively released by the USDA-ARS and the University of Georgia Coastal Plain Experiment Station in April 1995...It was selected for tolerance to close mowing, turf quality, resistance to the southern mole cricket (Scapteriscus borellii Giglia-Tos; syn. S. acletus Rehn & Hebard), and greenup characteristics." |
