A national nonprofit, tax exempt (501 C3) organization providing sports and recreation services to children and adults with physical or mobility related disabilities. Disabled Sports USA (DS/USA) serves over 60,000 people annually.
DS/USA is a member of the U.S. Olympic Committee.

The site was created by the instructor and students in KIN 866, Research on Sports for Athletes with Disabilities, a graduate course in the Department of Kinesiology at Michigan State University taught by Gail Dummer.
