Reproduced typescript and illustrations on coarse brown and sand-colored paper, with off-white endpapers. T.p. is a folded leaf on which is mounted a dedication reproduced on white bond. Stapled at left margin to heavy board covers, glued to kraft paper wrapper. Front cover has mounted collage of illustrated coarse brown paper and red bond cutouts, stitched together and to white muslin backing with white yarn. Cutouts reveal only frayed edges of muslin rectangle. Similar, but smaller collage mounted on back cover. Author's signature and copy number in red ink on small piece of muslin with frayed edges, glued to coarse brown paper with torn edges, and mounted on preliminary.
