Typescript and decorative borders reproduced on grained brown and off-white paper of various colors with reproduceded decorative border; t.p. and added t.p. on blue and yellow bond, black tissue-paper endpaper at back. The single gathering is tied with blue yarn to brown paper wrappers, which are illustrated with mounted and decorated paper collages. Handmade books published by Ediciones Vigía under the auspices of the Cuban Ministry of Culture. Fueron usados los textos recopilados por Juan Cabrisas, cocinero de la fonda de Los Tres Reyes, en su Nuevo Manual de la Cocinera catalana y cubana, realizado en 1858; así como los textos de Nitza Villapol, en las ediciones de 1981 y 1988. --Colophon. Consta de doscientos ejemplares numerados, iluminados a mano y totalmente manufacturados por las Ediciones Vigía ... se usaron papeles reciclados e industriales de diversos colores y texturas. --Colophon.
