Description:

Typescript with manuscript titles mimeographed on individual leaves of coarse, light brown paper; black tissue-paper endpapers. Decorative initials and some titles are mimeographed on mounted brown and purplish blue paper cutouts. Stapled at left margin, glued and tied with black-and-blue cord to coarse, purplish blue paper wrappers. A photocopied group photograph is mounted on front endpaper, with one portrait (Octavio Smith?) showing through a cutout on front wrapper. Wrappers have decorated (mimeographed) paper collages. Part of a collection of handmade books, most with cords for hanging (literatura de cordel), published by Ediciones Vigía under the auspices of the Cuban Ministry of Culture. Publication information from colophon. Consta de doscientos ejemplares numerados, firmados por su autor .... Edición y diseño, Alfredo Zaldívar. Fue usado para los rótulos e ilustraciones de esta edición un alfabeto concebido por el artista Rapi Diego. Realización al cuidado de Orestes Roca --Colophon.
