Mimeographed typescript, decorative borders, and manuscript page nos. on yellow, pink, blue and white bond; hand-lettered t.p. and colophon mimeographed on coarse brown paper, with light blue tissue-paper endpapers stapled and glued to paper wrappers, and tied with green yarn and twine. Wrappers have collages of various colored tissue papers, coarse and creased brown papers, and ilustrated paper cutouts. MSU has copy no. 200.
