St. Patrick's day parade

Two panels contrast a family's old style vs. 1914 style preparation for the St. Patrick's Day parade. The first panel depicts a man combing his hair and wearing a sash, as his family looks at him getting ready for the parade. The second panel has a woman putting on a hat and wearing a sash that reads "registration day parade," as her children and husband look at her getting ready.
