Robert and Peggy in A Century of Progress : the Enchanted Island

Robert, Peggy and their dog visit the Enchanted Island during A Century of Progress International Exposition, the Chicago World's Fair of 1933. The illustration features animals, toy soldiers, a giant sailor, a train, a Ferris wheel, the Toy Town Tavern, a theatre, Magic Mountain, and several characters from children's fairy tales, such as the Tin Woodman and the Scarecrow from The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and the Nutcracker. A second illustration at the bottom of the page includes Alice, the Hatter and the King of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland, Humpty Dumpty, and the old woman living in a shoe, the image is flanked by two clowns.
