"The Tiny Tribune," a Chicago Tribune parody, depicts a man wearing the "European Neutrality" hat drawning by war troubles, a man sending box of bread to France by pushing it over water, a man raising the "Five Billion Liberty Loan" flag and lowering the German flag over the victory pole, a man pleads guilty to several crimes but highlights buying a liberty bond.
