Palmolive

Advertisement for Palmolive soap includes a photograph of a woman wearing a pearl necklace resting her head on the tuxedoed shoulder of a man. Also there is a comic strip featuring the same woman in the photograph, “Helen,” talking with her friend “Mary” about the virtues of Palmolive in producing a radiant complexion. The final illustration is a bar of soap and a woman extolling its virtues.
