Saarinen design

Building design by Eliel Saarinen submitted for the Tribune Tower architectural competition, Saarinen's design placed second. The illustration is flanked by an image of the Barclay–Vesey building in New York designed by Ralph Thomas Walker that took some elements from Saarinen's Tribune Tower design, and a photograph of the Tribune Tower built by John Mead Howells and Raymond Hood.
