Bouncing them off
A wagon with a large wooden barrel (the water wagon) bounces on some rocks (shocking conditions under dry rule) when the driver (dry recklessness) hurries the horses with a whip. Several men riding the barrel (Michigan, Louisiana, Indiana Ohio, rest of the states) have trouble staying on the barrel. On the road several men (Wis., Mont, N.Y., Penn, Ill., Cal., Nev.) watch the scene.
