Fee, fi, fo, fum!
In a reference to Jack and the Beanstalk, a giant (Big Bill) holding a large club declares, "I s-s-smell the bl-l-lood of an English man!" In the background a woman (Chicago voters) wearing an apron and holding a steaming kettle comments, "I don't know what's coming over him — He's getting so he won't eat just plain food!" Behind her is a dining table with dishes full of food (the plain duties of our mayor).
