The dangerous flight

Uncle Sam counsels an anthropomorphic money bag (American dollars) by saying, "better go easy, son! Some of the other boys that went over there have never returned." They stand next to an airplane (U.S. Investments) with an American circled star insignia on its wing and silver dollars as wheels. A directional sign points "to Europe." A smaller image in the foreground depicts two different anthropomorphic money bags (U.S. loans to France, U.S. loans) hanging onto aircrafts floating in the ocean about to sink.
