That one way crossing
On the western end of the Atlantic Ocean Uncle Sam stands between four airplanes (U.S. loans), as he comments, "it seems kinda strange that they can't cross back over this way." On the French side of the Atlantic, spider webs festoon a tattered airplane filled with money bags (unpaid debts to U.S.).
