Retaking that last reel
A man (director weather-man) operates a hand crank film camera, while an anthropomorphic sun wearing a dress (Summer shine) lifts up and kisses a sweltering small man (sizzlin' public) who yells, "SA-AY! How lons if this scene supposed to last?" Next to the camera is a case holding three film reels (Spring, Winter, and Fall), and one unspooled reel of motion picture film labeled "last Summer" lays on top.
