Outside the courtroom several chaotic scenes include, two men in a speedboat (dry agents) pursue and shoot at another man in a rowboat (man in row-boat shot on suspicion). Another boat has capsized and a figure floats nearby (child drowned by dry agents). Two men shooting from inside a car (dry sleuths shooting on suspicion) at another driver (driver shot). A driver speeding while holding a document (license to murder) as he runs over a man (man run down by drunken dry agent). A man with a six-star badge holding a revolver in one hand and handing over a document (license to murder) to another man (dry agent) carrying a revolver who comments: "Let's Pinch Some Booze. I'm Thirsty."
