Don't forget the path is harder to follow than it used to be

The first image with the caption "when you compare the youth of a generation ago," shows an older man (parental guidance) smoking a pipe and holding a thick belt strap as he leads a young man dressed in a stripped suit and bowler hat. The two walk down a path labeled: "the straight and narrow path." A second image with the caption "with the youth of to-day," depicts a young man smoking a cigarette standing at a multiple road intersection leading to nine different roads (temptations). Each road contains billboards advertising cigarettes, jazz records, movie thrillers, trashy magazines, sports cars, hooch flasks, and night clubs.
