A worried Democratic donkey pilots an airplane (Democratic Party) with a smoking engine, a gas tank (exhausted Dem. issues) is seen in the rear of the place, as he looks down looking for a place to land. Below there only is a deforested area (Dry Issue), and a raging sea (wet issue - too rough).
