Wonder who's underneath it

This cartoon hopes that an investigation of the Indian Ku Klux Klan will uncover its real power base. A large hand marked "Ku Klux Investigation" pulls at a figure's soiled Klan robes (marked K.K.K. disguise", revealing the lower torso. The figure's is labeled "Anti-Saloon." Tumbling out are papers marked "Ind. Political Scandals," "Dry Politics," "Secret Rule of Indiana." An umbrella labeled "Bigotry" also falls.
