Uncle Sam holds a cup with a drink from a large barrel labeled as "Sprit of '76. Brewed July 4, 1776." The barrel contains the signatures of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. Next to the barrel is a broken jug (Old Fashioned 4th of July Spree), while in the background a few skyrockets fly and explode into stars.
