The wayward son
The G.O.P. elephant (National G.O.P. highly respected in the community) looks a framed portrait of another elephant (Illinois Republican Party) as he states, "I'm worried about that boy." In the second image the elephant in the portrait drives a wrecked car (Illinois Republican Party political machine) while holding a bottle (bad leadership). As he runs over a person (public welfare), his thoughts are: "I should worry - if I get in trouble the old man will help me out."
