Life on the frontier
One image depicts a frontiersman lifting a hat over the top of a hill while an arrow flies in his direction. A second image depicts a man extending a hat on the end of his cane around a corner in Chicago while he, a boy, and dog hide. A window in the nearby building contains a bullet hole and a paper on the floor reads, "Chicago gangs use machine guns."
