Giving us an idea of how Chicago will be in a few years, when we have another million population
A man (our politicians) sits on a chair looking out the window and into a crowded street scene (our million visitors) with several trains passing by. Around him, several documents lay discarded (discarded subway plans, 25 years subway delay, and unsolved traffic problems), while Father Dearborn standing behind him comments, "we'd better start that subway, now!"
